Delivery Information

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Times:

  • Local (within [your country]): 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and destination)

We currently deliver through DPD, DHL Express, and Omniva. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return, please contact our customer service at support@[yourdomain].com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Sale items (unless defective)

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
